Purchases

When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be able to choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and process your payment. Client acknowledges that advertising budgets (including, but not limited to, spend on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other third-party advertising networks) are separate from ServiceSide Media’s service fees.

All advertising spend is the sole responsibility of the Client and will be billed directly to the Client by the applicable third-party platform, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ServiceSide Media does not control or guarantee the performance, pricing, or policies of third-party platforms and shall not be held liable for any changes, disruptions, account issues, or costs incurred through such platforms.

Client agrees to maintain sufficient budget and payment methods to support active advertising campaigns. Failure to do so may impact campaign performance and results, for which ServiceSide Media shall not be held responsible.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase in accordance with the instructions above.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your services.

Refunds & Risk-Free Guarantee

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and digital products, all payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered or products have been delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

However, ServiceSide Media offers a risk-free lead guarantee for its marketing services. If you do not receive any leads within the first 60 days of service, we will continue managing your campaigns at no additional cost until you do.

This guarantee applies only to qualifying marketing services and does not apply to standalone digital products or other one-time purchases.any reason.

Service Warranty

ServiceSide Media warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism consistent with generally accepted industry standards.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

For clarity, ServiceSide Media does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from its services, except as expressly outlined in the Risk-Free Lead Guarantee.

Remedies

You agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be repair. You also agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be to pursue dispute resolution as provided in the “governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver” section below. These remedies intended to be your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase.

Subscriptions
